This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

1. Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits and any car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.

1. Notwithstanding the details of the plans submitted, the use shall not commence until there have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority revised plans for ventilation, filtration and fume extraction equipment to reduce cooking smells (including details of the specification, appearance and routing of the flue associated with the equipment) and all approved items of such equipment have been installed, The approved ventilation, filtration and fume extraction equipment shall be used at all times when hot food is prepared and served on the premises and shall be cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, a copy of which shall be supplied to the Local Planning Authority before hot foods are prepared on the premises.
2. No openings, flues or fans shall be formed in the south elevation of the building, adjacent to the land identified as the yard area of no. 99 Main Street, Asfordby.
3. The window in the south elevation of the building shall remain closed at all times that the restaurant is trading.
Conditions imposed by the Licensing Committee
The sale of alcohol will be limited to the hours of 12.00p.m to 11.30p.m.
A designated smoking area will be provided on the corner of the premises adjacent to the memorial gardens and Main Street, for all customers to smoke, that will not cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties. Marked X on the attached plan.
The licence holder must ensure that the walls of the kitchen and the party wall behind the proposed bar area are sound proofed sufficiently to minimise any noise disturbance to adjacent properties.
