This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

Amplified music and speech
1. Indoor music or amplified speech is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23.00 hours. After 23:00 hours all external doors and windows must be kept closed in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place, other than for access and egress. It may be necessary to install mechanical extract ventilation, air conditioning or fans for use during warm weather.
2. The outdoor area shall not be used for live or recorded music, or amplified speech, after 23:00 hours.
Conditions Consistent with the Applicant’s Operating Schedule
General
The use of the Hall and the sale of alcohol in the hall will only be by pre approval by the hall committee and/or the DPS subject to the hiring conditions laid down by the Committee which will stipulate regulations to be abided to such as bar closing times, underage drinking, health and safety etc.
The Sale of alcohol will only be permitted for pre approved events
Challenge 21 procedures will be implemented.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The sale of alcohol will only be made to those legitimately attending the event and not the general public.
No alcohol will be stored on the premises.
Public Safety
The hall committee will ensure the premises meet current health and safety legislation.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signs displayed at exit points stating that people leave the premises quickly and quietly taking due consideration for its neighbours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No entertainment of an adult nature will be provided at the hall.
Young children to have adult supervision at all times.
