Mandatory Condition: Door Supervisors
When one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
Conditions agreed with Leicestershire Constabulary
The licensee will ensure that CCTV is installed following advice from the Leicestershire Constabulary Crime Reduction Officer and maintained in accordance with the Information Commissioner’s CCTV Code of Practice.
There will be no sales to persons under 16 years of age after 21:00 unless they are accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years or over.
Conditions agreed with Environmental Health
At the end of business each day/night, the pavement to the frontage of the premises shall be cleared of litter and waste, food debris and grease, and shall be cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling.
Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
Staff shall ensure that they leave the premises and area quietly.

Mr Hussein, Manager, will attend and complete a National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors course and provide the Local Authority with a certificate of satisfactory completion of same within three months of the date of this decision.
The Licence holder will ensure that there is always a member of staff on duty during opening hours who can operate the CCTV system and provide the police with a copy of the images requested at the time of request. Within 28 days of this decision the Licence Premises Holder will put in place a CCTV system to the satisfaction of the Applicant
The terminal hour is changed to 03:00.

General
We recognise and respect the needs of our customers, but at the same time we are not prepared to tolerate unacceptable behaviour. We will endeavour to resolve any issues by working closely with the local community and Police.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
We have a good relationship with the local community and we work on a premise and understanding that violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
Public Safety
The premises are well lit with exit signs clearly marked. There is also disabled access. Adequate seating is provided for customers convenience whilst they wait for their food.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We do not sell alcohol at these premises and should a customer who appears to be drunk walk in, they will not be served.
The Protection of Children from Harm
We will not serve children under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult after 2100 hours.

General
Since July 2011, the Licence holder has employed licensed door staff to deal with any issues and has also joined the Pub Watch Scheme.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Licence holder has joined the Pub Watch Scheme.
Public Safety
The Licence holder has employed sufficient registered door staff to deal with any contingency between the hours of 00.30 and 04.00.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Clear and prominent signs in the takeaway.
Verbal guidance as necessary.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A customer who appears to be under the age of 16 and unaccompanied by an adult after 2100 hours will not be served.
