Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Conditions Agreed with Environmental Health
The performance of amplified music shall be no louder than the background level of noise at the boundary of neighbouring residential properties and is to be inaudible at the boundary of neighbouring properties after 2300 hours.
The external seating areas must not be used by customers after 2300 hours.
Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits, in the external seating areas and car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
The licensee will ensure that
a) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitable qualified electrician.
b) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems shall comply with the recommendations of BS 7671 or where applicable BS 7909
c) Where they have not been installed by a competent person, temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are to be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
d) Entertainment equipment shall be fitted with a 30mAmp RCD (residual current device)
The licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.
The licensee should advise Melton Borough Council as to the intended maximum capacity at the premises
Condition Imposed by Licensing Committee
Adequate soundproofing work to be carried out to the party walls between the ground floor kitchen at the premises and the Old Coffee House, Market Street, Bottesford to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.

The licensing objectives have been carefully considered taking account of the premises and their location.
The premises will promote the licensing objectives in accordance with Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The crime and disorder objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The premises and will not have an adverse effect on the crime and disorder objective.
The premises will promote the crime and disorder objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the crime and disorder objective.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Police and participate in any Pub Watch or other equivalent scheme.
A proof of age policy will operate in relation to relevant licensable activities.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the crime and disorder objective.
Public Safety
The public safety objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The premises will not have an adverse effect on the public safety objective.
The premises will promote the public safety objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public safety objective including, but not limited to, the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and associated regulations, the Food Safety Act 1990, the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1975.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the Public Safety objective.
The necessary fire safety precautions will be installed and maintained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The public nuisance objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The premises will not have an adverse effect on the public nuisance objective.
The premises will promote the public nuisance objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public nuisance objective including but not limited to the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Noise Act 1996.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the public nuisance objective.
The premises will be adequately ventilated to prevent nuisance.
Arrangements will be made for the storage and disposal of refuse which do not cause a nuisance.
Any noise from the licensable activities provided will be monitored in order to prevent nuisance.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The protection of children objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The premises will not have an adverse effect on the protection of children objective.
The premises will promote the protection of children objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the protection of children objective.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
A proof of age policy will operate in relation to the relevant licensable activities.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the protection of children objective.
Only suitable entertainment will be provided when children are present.
No person under 18 shall be admitted to any part of the premises where adult entertainment is provided.
Any restrictions on the admission of children will be displayed outside the premises or relevant part thereof.
Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
