This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The licensable activity authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked on the attached plan.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions Agreed with Environmental Health
1. Music and Speech from regulated entertainment is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23:00 hours.
2. Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits and car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
3. The licensee will ensure that where appropriate
a) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitable qualified electrician.
b) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems shall comply with the recommendations of BS 7671 or where applicable BS 7909
c) Where they have not been installed by a competent person, temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are to be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
d) Entertainment equipment shall be fitted with a 30mAmp RCD (residual current device)

The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The licence holder will ensure that regular checks are made inside and outside during events and at other times.
Public Safety
2. The Village Hall (Wymondham Institute) Committee will conduct Health and safety assessments and fire assessments to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation.
The prevention of public nuisance
3. The licence holder will ensure that notices are displayed instructing premises users to be respectful of neighbouring properties.
4. The licence holder will ensure that doors remain closed during performances and regulated entertainment.
The protection of children from harm
5. The licence holder will ensure that the Challenge 21 scheme is adopted.
6. The licence holder will keep a refusals register.
7. The licence holder will display notices regarding the Challenge 21 scheme and acceptable forms of identification.
