This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Conditions Consistent with the Applicant’s Operating Schedule
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
No alcohol will be consumed on site.
All bottles will be sealed.
Alcohol will only be sold from a designated area.
Public Safety
Safe car parking facilities are provided for the shop.
Steps will be taken to help prevent parking on the roadside adjacent to the dairy.
A Yard Martial will be in place to ensure safe parking of vehicles visiting the site during December, the busiest time.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The shop is situated at the rear of the main building away from the public thoroughfare and main road.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18.
Where a person appears to be under the age of 18 proof of identity will be requested.
Conditions Imposed by the Licensing Committee
Policy of Challenge 21 will be used to promote the protection of children from harm licensing objective.
Staff will be adequately trained in respect of the licensing objectives, in particular the sale of alcohol to under 18s, prior to being allowed to sell alcohol.
A training register, to be signed by staff, of training received is to be kept for inspection.
