  Public Entertainment - Embedded Restrictions

  The performance of amplified music shall not take place after 11.30pm

   

  The performance of amplified music shall be no louder than the background level of noise at the boundary of neighbouring residential properties and is inaudible within the neighbouring properties.

   

  The following maximum occupancy figures shall apply:-

   

  Seated at tables                                          180

  Closely seated                                          300

  Dancing - Disco, no tables              350

   

  Entertainment - Embedded Restriction

  Where the number of children attending the entertainment exceeds 100 the licensee shall ensure that the provisions of Section 12 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 are complied with.
