This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises will also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The plan of the premises to which this licence relates is the attached plan marked MMA0171 and dated 10/04/2007.
The licensable activity authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked in red on the plan.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Conditions Agreed with Environmental Health
1. The performance of amplified music shall be no louder than the background level of noise at the boundary of neighbouring residential properties and is to be inaudible at the boundary of neighbouring properties after 2300 hours.
2. All external doors and windows must be kept closed in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place, other than for access or egress.
3. Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits and in the external seating areas requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
4. The licensee will ensure that
a) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitable qualified electrician.
b) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems shall comply with the recommendations of BS 7671 or where applicable BS 7909
c) Where they have not been installed by a competent person, temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are to be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
d) Entertainment equipment shall be fitted with a 30mAmp RCD (residual current device)
5. The licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.
6. The licensee should advise Melton Borough Council as to the intended maximum capacity at the premises

The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The licence holder will ensure that:

3. a zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times
Public safety

6. that there will be free drinking water available at all times
7. that a no smoking policy will be in effect for all inside the restaurant and bar areas
The prevention of public nuisance
8. The licence holder will ensure that:
9. there are clear notices requesting customers respect local residents and neighbours when leaving the premises
10. outside seating areas are not used after 24:00 hours to ensure that disturbance is minimised
The protection of children from harm
11. The licence holder will ensure that:
12. children are required to have adult supervision at all times
13. a recognised ‘proof of age’ policy will be in use at all times
14. a no-smoking policy will be in effect for all inside the restaurant and bar areas.
