This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.

Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions agreed with Environmental Health
1. Indoor music or amplified speech is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23.00 hours. After 23:00 hours all external doors and windows must be kept closed in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place, other than for access and egress. It may be necessary to install mechanical extract ventilation or air conditioning for use during warm weather.
2. If the licence holder designates an external smoking area this must be located so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbouring residential properties.
Conditions Consistent with the Applicant’s Operating Schedule
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises will have an alarm system.
There will be lighting outside the front of the premises and in the car park.
The licence holder will ensure that an incident book is kept.
The licence holder will ensure that money is removed from the cash register.
Public Safety
The licence holder will comply with food, health & safety and fire regulations.
An accident log book will be kept.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licence holder will ensure that signs and notices are displayed requesting noise is kept to a minimum when leaving the premises.
Bins will be kept away from public access.
The licence holder will provide car parking facilities.
The Protection of Children from Harm
If a customer looks under the age of 21 - question age - ask for i.d.
The licence holder will ensure that under 16’s are accompanied by an adult.
