This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises will also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The plan of the premises to which this licence relates is the attached plan numbered MMA0183.
The licensable activities authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked in red on the plan.
1. Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
2. Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
3. Environmental Health Conditions
(a) Music is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23.00 hours.
(b) Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits, in the external seating area and car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
(c) The external seating area may be used for the duration of the licensing hours, but music is not to be relayed to external speakers after 2300 hours.
(d) Electrically powered entertainment equipment shall be fitted with a 30milliAmp Residual Current Device.
(e) The licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.
(f) The licensee should advise Melton Borough Council as to the intended maximum person capacity inside the premises.

(a) The licence holder will exercise the ‘Challenge 21’ Scheme

(b) The licence holder will ensure all windows and doors are closed when live music is taking place, after 11.00pm.
The protection of children from harm
(c) The licence holder will not permit children on the premises after 09.00pm, unless having a meal in the restaurant.
