This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The licensable activity authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked on the attached plan.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Conditions Consistent with Applicant’s Operating Schedule
(3) General
(a) The licence holder will ensure that all staff are trained to the Challenge 21 scheme rule, have a good knowledge of fake IDs that may be presented, be aware of distraction techniques and watch loitering customers.
(b) The licence holder will ensure that alcohol is kept next to the till
(4) The prevention of crime and disorder
(a) The licence holder will ensure that the lights are switched off when the shop is closed so that the alcohol isn’t visible.
(b) The licence holder will ensure that alcohol is kept away from the entrance.
(5) Public safety
(a) The licence holder will ensure that fire risk and health and safety assessments are carried out where necessary.
(6) The prevention of public nuisance
(a) The licence holder will ensure that litter is kept to a minimum and any antisocial behaviour is reported.
(7) The protection of children from harm
(a) The licence holder will ensure the Challenge 21 rule is adopted.
(b) The licence holder will maintain a refusals register.
(c) The licence holder will ensure that only valid forms of ID are accepted.
(d) The licence holder will ensure that if staff are suspicious of an adult buying alcohol on behalf of a child that they are not served.
