Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

The licensee may also provide and permit
Entertainment by way of music and singing but only by the reproduction of recorded sound*
* this does not permit the use of Karaoke, Disk Jockeys, Comperes etc
Conditions agreed with Environmental Health
Music is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23.00 hours.
Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits, in the external seating areas and car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
Customers and staff shall not knowingly be allowed to use the external seating areas after 23:00 hours. The DPS shall ensure that the area is cleared at this time.
The licensee will ensure that
a) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitable qualified electrician.
b) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems shall comply with the recommendations of BS 7671 or where applicable BS 7909
c) Where they have not been installed by a competent person, temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are to be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
d) Entertainment equipment shall be fitted with a 30mAmp RCD (residual current device)
Conditions Consistent with Applicant's Operating Schedule
General
We will continue to train our staff to the standards required by relevant legislation.
There is no intention to deviate from the existing method of operation during extended hours. The additional hours themselves promote the licensing objectives particularly in relation to crime and disorder and public nuisance as stated in paragraph 3.29 of the guidance by allowing customers to emerge from the premises at a more gradual rate.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Door staff will operate as and when required.
Public Safety
Our staff are trained on all safety issues including fire safety. Regular inspections of the premises are undertaken by the management.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Having considered the risks associated with the extra hours we do not believe that any additional measures are necessary to promote this licensing objective.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A risk assessment has shown that we do not need to take any further measures beyond the restrictions in the Licensing Act 2003 and the existing training given to staff on the premises.
