This licence is valid only on August Bank Holiday Mondays, beginning 27 August 2007, for the Old Dalby Day event, and is not valid at any other time.
This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but any individual buildings licensed may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The licensable activity authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked in red on the attached plan.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Condition Agreed with Environmental Health
The licensee will use his best endeavours to ensure that temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitably qualified electrician.
Conditions Consistent with Applicant's Operating Schedule
1. A Risk Assessment shall be prepared which covers the four Licensing Objectives.
2. The licence holder will ensure that all music will cease at 23:00 hours and all areas will be cleared by 23:30 hours.
3. The licence holder will ensure that licensed areas will have fenced off boundaries.
The prevention of crime and disorder
4. The licence holder will ensure that there are warning notices in the car park
5. Visits will be requested by the local Police.
6. The licence holder will ensure that the evening event is not advertised and that it is limited to a local social event.
7. The licence holder will ensure that the consumption of alcohol is confined to the limited areas.
8. There shall be a minimum of two persons handling cash in transit.
Public Safety
9. Road closures shall be requested to prevent through traffic in the village.
10. The licence holder will ensure that there are identifiable stewards on duty at all times.
11. St John’s Ambulance shall be in attendance.
12. There shall be restrictions on on-road parking.
13. The licence holder will ensure that ‘Slow’ warning signs are placed close to the Main Road / Longcliff Hill junction for approaching traffic.
The prevention of public nuisance
14. The licence holder will ensure that the consumption of alcohol is confined to the limited areas.
15. The licence holder will ensure that all music will cease at 23:00 hours.
16. The licence holder will ensure that all litter is cleared the following morning.
The protection of children from harm
17. Road closures shall be arranged to prevent through traffic in the village.
18. The licence holder will ensure that there are Stewards and PA points to deal with lost children.
19. The licence holder will ensure that there are Parent Patrols at evening events.
20. The licence holder will ensure that all stalls, rides and entertainments are fully approved and insured.
