This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.

There shall be no adult entertainment on the premises.
Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions Consistent with Applicant's Operating Schedule
General
The licence holder will ensure that Committee members will oversee any licensed activities taking place.
The prevention of crime and disorder
The premises have automatic security lights. The caretaker lives next door and has a personal overview of the Village Hall.
Public safety
The property is properly fenced.
The licence holder will ensure that electrical installations are checked regularly.
The condition of the Village Hall shall be checked regularly by committee members.
