This licence is valid for a maximum of 4999 persons at any one time but the premises may also be subject to a maximum occupancy figure.
The plan of the premises to which this licence relates is the attached plan marked 0774/100 and dated January 2008.
The licensable activity authorised by this licence relates to the areas marked in red on the plan.
British Summertime
If applicable, an additional hour granted to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences.
1. Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
2. Mandatory Condition: Door Supervisors
When one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
3. Mandatory Condition: Exhibition of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) By the licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
4.Conditions agreed with Environmental Health
(1)Music and speech from regulated entertainment is not to be audible at the boundary of nearby residential properties after 23.00 hours.
(2)Clear and prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits and the car park requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
(3)The licensee will ensure that
a) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are not used without prior inspection by a suitable qualified electrician.
b) Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems shall comply with the relevant British Standards.
c) Where they have not been installed by a competent person, temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems are to be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
d) Electrical sockets used by entertainers shall be fitted with RCD (residual current device) protection.

The premises will liaise and co-operate with the responsible authorities.
A proof of age policy will operate in relation to relevant licensable activities.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely effect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the crime and disorder objective.
Public safety
The public safety objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The proposed premises will not have an adverse effect on the public safety objective.
The proposed premises will promote the public safety objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public safety objective including, but not limited to, the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and associated regulations, the Food Safety Act 1990, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1975.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely effect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.

The necessary fire safety precautions will be installed and maintained.
The prevention of public nuisance
The public nuisance objective has been considered in the light of the proposed premises.
The proposed premises will not have an adverse effect on the public nuisance objective.
The proposed premises will promote the public nuisance objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public nuisance objective including, but not limited to, the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Noise Act 1996.
The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
Any drinks promotions will not adversely effect the promotion of responsible drinking.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
